About Pace Contracting

Founder and president Nick Pace graduated from Michigan Technological University in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in business management.

He grew up working in the construction field. Nick spent his summers working for his grandparents rental company as the groundskeeper and handyman since the age of 13. Paying his way through college Nick worked on high pressure natural gas pipeline's where he learned about project management and the construction bidding processes.

In 2020 I began working for a local builder and realized I was going to start my own construction business. In 2023 Nick passed the Michigan licensing exam for a residential builder.

In March of 2024, Pace Contracting LLC was born.  

Pace Contracting LLC is a small residential & commercial construction company committed to the clients we serve. Our core values are Quality Craftmanship, Open Communication, Integrity, & Safety.
